Angelina Jolie is coming to Belgrade

The famous Hollywood movie star Angelina Jolie is coming to Belgrade on September 3 to agree with Serbian producing house ‘Abarit’ shooting of a movie in Serbia and the region. The film shall be the first directed by her. The producer shall be Filip Gajic, a reputable Belgrade director. In on of minor roles there shall appear Rade Serbedzija, while Angelina shall be in the leading female role.

The famous actress will be a guest of Rade Serbedzija at the Brioni Islands as of today. There Serbedzija has a theatre of his own. He shall appear on stage while Angelina Jolie shall be in the audience.



After that Angelina is to come to Belgrade. She has high opinion of director Gajic’s work and wants to see his play ‘The Big Brother’ at the KPGT Theatre.
The ‘Abarit’ was a co-producer of a film ‘The Myth of Sizif’ that Angelina decided to make after her recent visit to refugee camps in Bosnia/Herzegovina.

According to our source the film shall be a love story between two people who found themselves on opposite sides during wars in former Yugoslavia.

Angelina Jolie Splashes $100k for Pakistan Flood Victims

Despite being a Goodwill Ambassador for United Nations, the actress took the money out of her own pocket.

Angelina Jolie is leading donations for the flood relief effort in Pakistan - the superstar has handed over $100,000 of her own money to help those worst affected.

The actress, who is a Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations (U.N.), called for her fans to help raise funds for the Pakistani people whose lives have been devastated by the floods which hit the country last month.

And as the death toll reaches more than 2,000 and fears increase about the spread of water-borne diseases, Jolie and her partner Brad Pitt have donated part of their fortune to help boost aid for the country, according to news agency AFP.

The "Tomb Raider" star frequently gives away money to help others - she donated $1 million to Doctors Without Borders to help earthquake survivors in Haiti earlier this year, as well as handing over $75,000 to build a girls school in Afghanistan.

Angie on packing lunch for her kids & how Pax accidentally hit her

Angelina Jolie has confessed that she loves doing "normal stuff" like making packed lunches for her six children.

The actress told GMTV that her life is full of "beautiful chaos" since adopting the youngsters and she said that she enjoys being a hands-on mum.

Angelina told showbiz editor Kate Garraway that she likes making up packed lunches for her children.

She explained: "The problem I face with packed lunches is that everybody is very outspoken about what they want.

"I end up telling them `I am not a waitress!'.

"We go through so much food and the children are still little so I can only imagine that it is going to get worse."

The 35-year-old admitted that her children have helped to bring purpose to her life and she said that she has a "hectic" schedule.

Jolie added: "I wanted my life to be full and now my life is so full and loud and full of chaos...the most beautiful chaos with these lovely little people."

She said: "Brad and I met during an action movie, so it's kinda like `aw honey you got bruised again from a stunt'. You know it's sweet, it's reminiscent of the old days."

Jolie revealed that she had sustained an injury to her head while filming her latest blockbuster.

She said: "It happened during filming one of the scenes toward the end when I was bloody anyway. So I was left with a bruise on the middle of my forehead.
"The blood was real."

However, the Hollywood superstar revealed that she was used to being bruised by her kids.
She added: "I had a huge bruise between my eyes when Pax accidentally hit me with his seatbelt. It lasted for months."

Angelina arrives to Croatian island?

Angelina Jolie arrives at Brijuni islands

Hollywood star Angelina Jolie is rumoured to be visiting former Yugoslav dictator Tito's summer residence on Friday.

The star of new movie "Salt" will, according to Croatian daily Jutarnji List, arrive at the Brijuni Islands in the northern Adriatic to watch a theatre performance by Croatian actor Rade Serbedzija.

Serbedzija, who has appeared in Harry Potter movies, among others, is reportedly a potential star in Jolie's next movie, the first one she wants to direct. She therefore wants to watch Serbedzija act.

Angelina Jolie hits the black carpet in BCBG on Wednesday (August 18) for the German premiere of Salt held at CineStar movie theatre in Potsdamer Platz square in Berlin.
