Now that Angelina Jolie is set todirect her first feature, her pal and Changeling director Clint Eastwood is offering a few tips.

"My advice for her is to get more sleep than the actors,” Eastwood, 80, told PEOPLE at the Toronto International Film Festival premiere of his latest,Hereafter. "And to have good management – know what you want and know what you are looking for and go after it."

Jolie, 35, is also producing the film and writing the screenplay for the sweeping love story set during the Bosnian War. Despite the many hats she'll have to juggle, Eastwood says he has no doubts Jolie will succeed – and create a masterpiece.

"She's a very intelligent gal," says Eastwood. "I know she'll do great. I haven't discussed it with her on this particular occasion, but I know she'll be tough to stop. She has great a work ethic and she's very smart. I'm looking forward to seeing what she does."

Jon Voight: Angie's kids are all smart!

Just like grandparents all over the world, Jon Voight loves to brag about his grandkids! The 71-year-old actor couldn't be more proud of daughter Angelina Jolie's six children, and he's opening up about his feelings.

"They're all smart," the Oscar winner told People.com at Fox's Fall Eco-Casino Party in L.A. "Shiloh, oh boy, she's a smart one, but she's four years old, you can never tell what she does, her face lights up."

Voight -- who recently reconciled with Jolie after being estranged from her for years -- says he often keeps in touch with his family via Skype. Voight says he's trying to get the technological communication down, but sometimes there are glitches. "Maddox says 'okay' – he writes me back 'okay' and then I can't get it, but I've been away from my computer so I couldn't get back to him," Voight explains.

But the actor almost had a glitch himself when trying to remember all the kids' names! "I gotta get all their names, because you can't cheat and I'm not going to," he said. "Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Knox and Vivienne, they're all very smart kids, beautiful too."

Voight is currently busy promoting his new television show Lone Star. (Though it got the stamp of approval from Jolie, the actor says his young grandkids probably won't "be that interested in it.") But the proud gramps says he's looking forward to seeing the Jolie and Brad Pitt's little ones in person soon. "What's better than that?" he asked.

Angelina Jolie & Her Girls Land In LondonAngelina Jolie & Her Girls Land In London

Angelina Jolie and her daughters Zahara, 5 1/2, and Shiloh, 4, were spotted at London's Heathrow Airport on Wednesday (September 15). The Academy Award-winning actress walked hand in hand with her eldest daughters after their long flight from Los Angeles.
While Zahara wore black pants and a yellow cardigan, Shiloh rocked a pair of rugged combat boots. The famous tot also sported a black vest over a short-sleeve oxford shirt and black pants. Angelina, 35, recently said that Shiloh dresses "like a little dude.
"I think she is fascinating, the choices she is making. And I would never be the kind of parent to force somebody to be something they are not. I think that is just bad parenting.... Children should be allowed to express themselves in whatever way they wish without anybody judging them because it is an important part of their growth."
Angelina and her partner Brad Pitt are also parents to Maddox, 8, Pax, 6, and 2-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.

Angie is best celebrity role model

Angelina Jolie Best Celebrity Role Model – Although she would have never received the title early in her career, when she was a much more wild person, Angelina Jolie has been dubbed the “best celebrity role model.” The title comes from a poll that was posted online. She is currently working as a United Nations Goodwill Ambassador, which is a role that most would have never imagined her in when she first entered the Hollywood scene as the wild girlfriend of Billy Bob Thornton.
Last week, she visited victims of the flooding in Pakistan, many of whom were homeless following the devastation. In the poll she finished just above the Oscar winner George Clooney, who also works as a United Nations messenger of peace. He took second place, earning 23% of the vote while Jolie was able to earn more than 43% of the vote. Miley Cyrus somehow managed to come in third place in the voting, finishing with 15%.
Cyrus was able to finish ahead of the world famous Bono, who is known for helping people all over the world. He finished in fourth place in the poll with 14% of the votes, while the Jonas Brothers finished in the fifth position with just 5% of the votes.
The poll results were a little bit surprising. You would imagine that Bono would be at least ahead of Miley Cyrus, if not at the top for all of his effort.

Crops have been devastated and disease is spreading among survivors.

Earlier in the day the actress donned a black headscarf to visit the Kandaro II Camp in Nowshera, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
'I was shocked especially by how high the flood waters went,' Jolie told reporters. 'In some of the people's houses, it was nine feet high.'
The U.N. hopes Jolie's visit will bring attention and subsequent funds to the country.

She's one of the most beautiful women in the world; with a partner most women would kill for, a brood of beautiful children, a glittering career and millions in the bank.
But the one thing that Angelina Jolie doesn't have is good friends she can confide in.

When asked how she deals with the emotional pressures of her job, Jolie confessed that the only friend she can talk to is partner Brad Pitt.

Angie is strongly against burning Quran

Hollywood star Angelina Jolie, currently touring flood-hit areas of Pakistan to drum up support for victims, on Wednesday condemned a US church's plan to burn copies of the Quran on the anniversary of 9/11 terrorist attacks. "I have hardly the words (to oppose the fact) that somebody

would do that to somebody's religious book," Jolie told a news conference in Islamabad after visiting reliefs camps in northwest Pakistan, one of the areas hit hardest by the floods.
Asked if she supported American pastor Terry Jones' plan to burn the Islamic holy book, she replied: "Of course not, of course not."

The move by Jones, who heads the little-known Dove World Outreach Center in Florida, has sparked concerns about heightened Christian-Muslim tensions in the US and other parts of the world, especially the Middle East.

The pastor has said he plans to go ahead despite the concerns.

Jolie, who is visiting Pakistan to highlight the plight of millions affected by the country's worst floods and the need for continuing aid for the displaced, welcomed the US government's opposition to Jones' plan.

The planned Quran burning has triggered protests in neighbouring Afghanistan, where US troops are battling Taliban fighters.

US military commanders have warned that the move could endanger American lives in Afghanistan.

In a statement, the US embassy in Islamabad condemned the Florida church's plans to burn copies of the Koran on the anniversary of 9/11.

"We condemn acts that are disrespectful, intolerant and divisive. We are deeply concerned about all deliberate attempts to offend members of any religious or ethnic group," said charge d'affaires Stephen C Engelken.

"We believe firmly in freedom of religion and freedom of expression; they are universal rights, enshrined in the US Constitution and in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. We reaffirm our position that the deliberate destruction of any holy book is an abhorrent act," he said.

Angelina Jolie on Wednesday condemned a Florida church's threat to burn copies of the Muslim holy book to mark the ninth anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks.

The 35-year-old actress spoke out against the proposed burning during a trip to Pakistan to raise awareness about the floods that have devastated the largely Muslim country over the last six weeks. She visited in her capacity as a goodwill ambassador for the U.N.'s refugee agency.

Jolie's criticism echoed that of top U.S. officials, who have described the church's plan as a disgraceful act and have even warned that it could endanger U.S. troops in Afghanistan and Americans worldwide.

"I have hardly the words that somebody would do that to somebody's religious book," Jolie told reporters in Islamabad after visiting refugees camps in northwestern Pakistan — one of the areas of the country hit hardest by the floods.

The Christian minister organizing the Quran burning, Pastor Terry Jones, has said he plans to go ahead in spite of concerns. He is part of the Dove World Outreach Center, a tiny, evangelical Christian church in Gainesville, Florida, with an anti-Islam philosophy.

The issue has not gotten much attention in Pakistan, where officials and residents have been trying to cope with the devastation caused by floods that first hit the country at the end of July following extremely heavy monsoon rains. The floodwaters have killed more than 1,700 people and have affected over 18 million others.

"I was shocked especially by how high the floodwaters went," said Jolie, who wore a long dress and covered her hair with a black scarf in keeping with local Muslim custom. "In some of the people's houses, it was nine feet (three meters) high."

U.N. officials have expressed hope that Jolie's visit would help spark the fundraising campaign to help Pakistan, which has stalled in recent days. The U.N. issued an appeal for $460 million in emergency funds on Aug. 11, but only $294 million, or 64 percent, has been received so far even though it is one of the worst natural disasters in recent years.

"There's lots of speculation about why this one has not gotten the attention it deserves," Jolie said. "Even all of the wonderful coverage ... is not getting the response that usually it's able to get."
